The Outback Dunny
On a gravel track in the outback way
Stood a dunny proud so old and grey
T´was here our visitors seemed to dwell
We vowed and decleared to give´em hell
Curled in the sun by an old haystack
Was a sixfoot snake with a vicious black
So we killed that reptile right or wrong
And around his neck placed a wire strong
The victim sat still as a post in the dirt
We hooked the wire at the tale of his shirt
He peered around saw a snake at his back
Gave a hell of a scream and hit the track
When near the house he got clear of the snake
We killed that thing with a garden rake
And I tell you mate it was goodby Jack
To this greyold dunny from the great outback
